Our impressive growth story is driven by the expertise of our visionary founders, Mr. Dilip Arjun Shinde and Mr. Anis A. Lakhani. With over a decade of leadership as the Founder President of the Navi Mumbai Property Agent Welfare Association, Mr. Shinde’s knowledge of real estate is extensive and invaluable. Mr. Lakhani, on the other hand, brings a unique blend of experience in both oil extraction (for bakery ingredients) and the construction industry, where he has led numerous projects over the past five years. Together, their guidance has connected Sun Impex with top-tier names like L&T, PATNI, Neel Siddhi Builders, Sai Developers, and the Akshar Group.
